Men's T&F Perform Well in the Rain

Last weekend the Bear Cubs hosted their only home meet of the season at their very own Bailey Field. Though the weather conditions were less than favorable, they put up lots of good fights and some huge personal records.
 
Luca Salmon cleared 2.00 meters in high jump for a new PR and this leaves him tied for 3rd in NorCal's
Jordan Zamora threw two new PRs in discus (41.60m) and hammer (50.52m). This hammer mark makes him 2nd in NorCal's, and 3rd All-Time at SRJC.
•Siolo Lua hit her 3rd A standard of the season, this time in hammer with a throw of 41.61m
Kyle Gilbert ran a HUGE PR with a time of 22.38, improving by over half a second
Bryce Ward ran a 4:19 1500m for a new PR
•Reese Searcy opened her season with an easy 12.8
•Payton McGarva opened her season In the 100H with a time of 17.67
Jalydon Love PR'd in the 200 with a time of 22.10
Caleb Garcia jumped a new personal record with a distance of 6.50 meters
Tan Luong also hit a new PR in long jump by jumping 6.42 meters
 
The squad is gonna dry their gear and head into this tough week of training to prepare for Mike Fanelli and the Stanford Invitationals!
