Game 1 (8-0 W)

The Panthers got off to 4-0 lead after 3 innings and closed out the win in 6 innings 8-0. City had 14 hits in the game. Taylor Fratto went 4-4 with 3 runs, Marisa Rocha 2-3 with 3 RBI's and 1 run, Cecily Kaluza 2-4 with 3 RBI's. Melissa Martinez went 2-4 with 1 run and Cara McClinton went 2-4 with 1 run and 1 RBI. City will look to have a strong performance in Game 2 over Santa Rosa. Pitcher Angelica Dark earned her 18th win in the 5 hit shutout performance.

Game 2 (10-2 W)

Sac City and Santa Rosa battled to a 2-2 tie before City added 3 runs to lead 5-2 after 5 innings. The Panthers had a big final 6th inning, adding 5 more runs closing out the 10-2 win. Taylor Fratto led City with a 3-4 with 3 runs and 4 RBI's performance. Big games were also put in by Ashley Adamson who went 2-4 with 3 RBI's, Sydney Craft went 2-3 with 3 runs scored, and Emily Murphy was 1-4 with 2 runs. City totaled 27 hits in the series against Santa Rosa. Pitcher Angelica Dark earned her 19th win with a 3 strikeout, 6 hits, 2 runs performance. The Panthers will face Folsom Lake in their final regular season DH series at "The Yard" Saturday, April 22nd at 1 PM and 3 PM. Come out and show your "Panther Pride"
