The Bear Cubs kicked off the 2025 season, at home in Haehl Pavilion, with three dual wins behind dominant efforts team wide. SRJC dominated from the start, defeating San Joaquin Delta College 52-5. They followed up with a 40-6 victory over Skyline College, and wrapped up the day with a 48-6 win against East Los Angeles College.  Connor Jeong (125), Erickson Edpao (133), Chase Claassen (141), David Sypnicki (165), Ali Hamzia (174), Barrett Carrancho (184), and Joe Ellis (197) all picked up three wins each on the day. Next up for the Bear Cubs is the Sac City Invite on Friday 9/19.
