Personal
Born on July 7, 1999, in Greenbrae, he is the son of Carlos and Marcela and has two
siblings, Carlos Jr. and Said. He credits his parents as his greatest inspiration, noting,
“They gave me everything while they were trying to figure life out in a new country.”
Among his proudest athletic achievements are earning All-American honors, securing a
tryout with the San Jose Earthquakes, and competing overseas in Spain. He aspires to
travel the world and broaden his experiences.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and plans to pursue a career in sports
psychology. The best advice he has received is: “You either quit or keep going; they
both hurt."
