Santa Rosa Junior College Baseball has produced 21 junior college All Americans and numerous professional baseball players, including four Major Leaguers. More than 130 Bear Cub athletes have transferred to four year institutions, including 61 on Division I scholarships. SRJC baseball has competed in three State Tournaments (1999, 2005, & 2013).  The Bear Cubs continue a rich and proud tradition of developing successful players to go on to the four-year level.  The Bear Cubs history also includes World Series Champion Jonny Gomes of the Boston Red Sox, Jason Lane, NCAA DI World Series Champion (USC) and 2005 World Series, Houston Astros. Other highlights include Olympian Kasey Olenberger, 2004 Summer Olympics, and the Italian National Baseball Team.
